Oyster mushroom quality requirements:
1. The goods must be normally shaped, bright colored, clean and free of bruise; 2. The umbrellas should be thick and curling inward; 3. The gills should be evenly formed, fresh and appear white; 4. No culture medium on the stems; 5. Moisture contained less than 70%; 6. The entire body should be elastic, free of mechanical injury or peculiar smell.
