Enoki Mushroom quality requirements:
1. The whole body must appear naturally white, not yellow or waterlogged white; 2. The plastic bags are not inflated; 3. The stem must be sturdy, hard, and there are not small granular substances; 4. The cover cannot open widely; its preferred that the cover is not open yet; 5. All clusters in one package should bear the silimar length; too much difference is not allowed; 6. The last packed products cannot contain the residue of culture medium. |
