On Feb. 4th of 2008, the company held a meeting summarizing the last whole year--2007s work accomplishment situation, including outstanding achievements as well as blemishes in the task fulfillment. The companys general manager Ms. Wang presided at the meeting, and the whole staff attended the meeting. At the end of the meeting, Ms. Wang produced a plan for the new year 2008, and asked the staff to perform better and get  better achievements again.

    When the meeting was ended, all employees had a lunch in the dining-hall of the Shihe factory. They were really happy.
